And again unlike the Derby the Preakness field is much smaller featuring only ten horses. This year the field features 5 horses that ran the Kentucky Derby and 5 new horses including Cloud Computing and Conquest Mo Money.
Always Dreaming is the early favorite to keep his dream alive for a shot at the Triple Crown. The opening odds have him at 4/5 after winning the Kentucky Derby by 2 3/4 lengths. Jockey John Velazquez will start Always Dreaming from the #4 post position and their main rival Classic Empire will be running right next to him from the #5 spot.
